We meet and explore
Free · no obligation · around 4 to 6 weeks
We meet you on your land and listen first: your plans, your family, your timing, what you need from the sale. Then we get to work. We study your land in depth and reveal what it could become using our team of expert planners and architects.
Your offer
When the feasibility is positive · legal fees covered
We come back with an offer built on your land's potential, using an option agreement: the price you accept is the price you receive. Your legal fees are covered up to £2,500 plus VAT.
We secure planning
Fully funded · around 4 to 6 weeks to prepare, 12 to 16 weeks for the council's decision
Surveys, designs, ecological reports, council submissions: we take it all on, funded by our partner, Land Profits. You're kept informed at every key stage.
You're paid
Once permission is granted
The sale completes with one of our trusted developers, and the money is yours. If planning isn't granted, you keep your land and owe us nothing.
